FAQs — Healing Door Rehab Center

We treat drug addiction, including ICE (crystal meth), alcohol dependency, and psychiatric conditions like depression, anxiety, and bipolar disorder. We also offer a dedicated female rehabilitation program with an all-female ward and staff. If someone is dealing with both addiction and a mental health condition at the same time, we treat both together. This is called dual diagnosis care, and it's often the missing piece in recovery.

Yes, completely. We understand that in Pakistan, families often worry about judgment or gossip if someone seeks help for addiction. That fear alone can delay treatment for months, sometimes years. At HDRC, everything you share with us stays private, from your first phone call to the full course of treatment. No one outside your family needs to know.

Yes. HDRC has a dedicated female ward with its own female clinical staff. This isn't just a "female program" tacked onto a general facility, it's a fully separate space with complete privacy and no male interaction during treatment. Many families ask about this specifically, and it's one of the reasons they choose HDRC.

It depends on the person. Medical detox usually takes 7 to 14 days. A full residential program can run anywhere from 30 to 90 days. Every treatment plan is built around the individual, their history, and how their body and mind respond to care, not a fixed calendar.

Yes. HDRC is accredited by both UNODC and IHRA, two respected international bodies in addiction treatment. In simple terms, UNODC accreditation means our programs follow global standards set by the United Nations, while IHRA accreditation reflects best practice in harm reduction. Together, they're a strong signal that care here meets international standards, not just local ones.

Call us, any time, day or night. Our team will talk you through what's happening and guide you calmly through next steps. If admission is needed urgently, we offer same-day admission through a simple three-step process: a phone consultation, a short assessment, and immediate placement into care. You won't be left waiting.

Cost varies depending on the program, its length, and the level of care needed. We know this is an important part of your decision, so rather than give a number that might not apply to your situation, we invite you to call us for an honest, confidential conversation about pricing and what fits your family's needs.

Yes. ICE, or crystal meth addiction, is treated through a specialized program at HDRC, not a general drug treatment plan. ICE affects the mind and body differently than other substances, often causing paranoia, sleep disorders, and psychiatric symptoms. Our program is built specifically around this, with psychiatric support built in from day one.
